Thesis on "Property Taxation in Europe" describes property taxes (real estate tax, transfer taxes inter vivos and mortis causa, taxes on motor vehicles, etc.) and their constructional elements. Author is looking for the inspiration in the foreign legal regulations concerning property taxation.
