Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit postoj rodičů a dětí ke střídavé péči jako alternativě po-rozvodového uspořádání péče o nezletilé dítě. V diplomové práci je kladen důraz na odli-šení střídavé péče od ostatních zákonem umožněných způsobů péče o nezletilé dítě a to jak výlučné péče matky, výlučné péče otce, tak společné péče. The purpose of this master's thesis is to found out the attitude of parents and children on an alternate care of minor children after divorce. This master's thesis emphasizes an alternate care distinction from the other ways of childcare enabled by law. Especially mother's father's and their common care.
