Tématem této diplomové práce je analýza účetní uzávěrky a závěrky konkrétního podniku, kdy výstupem práce bude zhodnocení transformace účetní závěrky, která je prováděna dle ČÚL na IAS/IFRS. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část definuje základní problematiku účetnictví a účetní závěrky dle ČÚL a dle IAS/IFRS. The theme of this thesis is to analyze financial statements and statements of a particular enterprise, the outcome of this work will be to evaluate the transformation of the financial statements, which is performed according ČÚL to IAS/IFRS.
