The default of credit inions in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma Krach družstevních záložen v České republice je analyzovat příčiny úpadku družstevního sektoru v 90. letech. Provést rozbor původního zákona o spořitelních a úvěrních družstvech a rozebrat jaká opatření byla přijata k nápravě. Práce je také zaměřena na kampeličky obecně, jejich legislativu, a také na nabídku produktů a služeb společně s porovnáním s bankami.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis “The default of credit unions in the Czech Republic” is to analyze the reason of bankruptcy of the cooperative sector in the 90 years. Analyze the original Law on Savings and Credit Cooperatives and analyze the measures taken to rectify the situation.
