Práca predstavuje kapitál podniku ako zdroj potrebný na vykonávanie podnikateľskej činnosti. Opisuje dlhodobé zložky kapitálu a kapitálovú štruktúru, ktoré sú v podniku dôležité pre finančné rozhodovanie. Okrem úvodu a záveru je práca rozdelená na tri kapitoly.
