Preparation and characterization of selected proteins that are involved in RNA degradation
Abstract:
V rámci diplomové práce byly studovány proteiny, které se účastní zpracování a degradace RNA. Geny těchto proteinů byly klonovány do expresních vektorů. Proteiny byly připraveny s pomocí bakteriálních systémů a purifikovány pomocíbiochemických metod. Tyto rekombinantní proteiny byly dále podrobeny strukturní a funkční analýze.
Abstract:
Proteins involved in RNA processing and degradation was studied in this diploma thesis. Genes of these proteins was clonned into expression plasmids. Proteins was expressed in bacterial system and purified using biochemical methods. The proteins was subjected to structural and functional analyses.
