Vliv zátěže na opotřebení gumárenských směsí

Influence of load on wear of rubber compounds
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá opotřebením silně namáhaných pryžových dílů při různé velikosti zatěžující síly. Testovány jsou gumárenské směsi, používající se na výrobu pneumatik pohybujících se v těžkých terénních podmínkách. Zde dochází k postupnému vykousávaní (vtrhávaní) částí běhounů pneumatik. V odborné praxi se tento typ opotřebení nazývá Chipping and Chunking efekt.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with wear and tear of strongly exposed rubber parts by diverse strength of weigh power. The subject of testing are rubber mixtures used by production of tyres used in harsh off-the-road conditions. It often happens that parts of tread of tyres are gradually torn out. In professional field is this type of wear and tear called chipping and chunging effect.
