Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na problematiku sýrů v gastronomii. Narozeny v Rusku žiju v Praze několik let, ale i za tak krátkou dobu jsem si povšiml rozdílného využití sýrů v gastronomii, a proto hlavní proud mého průzkumu je zaměřen na porovnání těchto rozdílů. In this dissertation I have focused on the issues of cheese in gastronomy. Born in Russia I have been living in Prague for several years, but in that short time I noticed a difference in the use of cheese in gastronomy and therefore the main stream of my research is focused on the comparison of these differences.
