Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem diabetes mellitus u těhotné ženy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Část teoretické práce obsahuje informace o onemocnění diabetes mellitus jako takovém. Jedná se o informace korespondující s problematikou diabetes mellitus v těhotenství. Následně je bakalářská práce konkrétně zaměřená na gestační diabetes mellitus. Je zde popsána jeho definice, diagnostika, léčba, problematika rizikových faktorů a komplikace v těhotenství. Zbylá teoretická část práce je věnována porodnické péči o pacientku s daným typem onemocnění. V praktické části práce je popsána kazuistika pacientky, u níž v průběhu těhotenství došlo ke vzniku tohoto onemocnění. Cílem teoretické části je zvýšit subjektivní informovanost týkající se zvoleného tématu, nashromáždit a pečlivě nastudovat současné odborné podklady. V neposlední řadě na tomto základě vypracovat přehlednou práci se zaměřením na diabetes mellitus v těhotenství se všemi potřebnými náležitostmi. Cílem praktické části je vypracovat kazuistiku pacientky s gestačním diabetem mellitus v anamnéze, vypracovat analýzu ošetřovatelské péče týkající se celého průběhu porodu pacientky a následně navrhnout doporučení pro praxi, které se vztahuje k onemocnění diabetes mellitus u těhotné ženy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with diabetes mellitus occuring with pregnant women. The thesis is dividend into two parts, theoretical and practical. The thteoretical part consists of information about the diates mellitus illness itself. These information correspond with the issueof diabetes mellitus during pregnancy. Followingly, this bachelor thesis focuses on gestational diabetes mellitus in particular, where the definition of this term, diagnosis, treatment, issues of the risk factors and complications during pregnancy are described. The rest of the theoretical part is dedicated to post and prenatal care for a patient with this type of illness. The practical part of this thesis describes the casuistry of the patient, with whom this illness during her pregnancy occured. The aim of the theoretical part is to raise subjective awereness concerning this chosen topic and to gather and thoroughly study culent relevant literature. Then, based on all the previous information, the aim is to create a thesis about the diabetes mellitus dinase with all its necessities. Finally,the aim of the practical part is to put forward the knowledge accumulated during observations of a patient with gestational diabetes mellitus along with establishing the casuistry.
