Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu Řízení pohledávek po splatnosti. V teoretické rovině problematika řízení pohledávek je velmi těsně propojena s účetnictvím a teorií daní. V praktické rovině se pohledávky řeší prostřednictvím mimosoudního řízení a soudního řízení, dále také elektronického platebního rozkazu.
