Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením problematiky degradačních mechanismů poškození tlakových rozvodů požární vody z feriticko – perlitické oceli, určené k zajištění požární bezpečnosti výrobně energetických provozů se zaměřením na základní poznatky metalurgické svařitelnosti. Teoreticko-metodologická část je zaměřena seznámení s provozem a historií jaderné elektrárny Temelín, požární potrubí této elektrárny, na metody obloukového svařování TIG/WIG 141 a možností jejího využití pro svařování feriticko – perlitických ocelí, postupy a metody svařování vhodné pro feriticko – perlitické oceli, vady svarů a také jejich degradační mechanismy. Aplikační část se zabývá zkoumáním vzorku poskytnutého společností ČEZ a. s. na kterém byly provedeny kontroly svarových spojů a základního materiálu potrubí dle ČSN EN ISO norem jednalo o zkoušky nedestruktivní (NDT), destruktivní (DT) a laboratorní (LT). Povrchové vady byly zkontrolovány vizuální kontrolou a kapilární/penetrační zkouškou. Vnitřní vady byly zkontrolovány pomocí radiografické prozařovací zkoušky. Provedena byla chemická analýza vzorků. Destruktivní zkoušky byly provedeny makroskopická a mikroskopická a zkoušky tvrdosti a mikrotvrdosti podle Vickerse. Na závěr byla provedena diskuse výsledků se zhodnocením zjištění a návrhem opatření. Závěr bude věnován rekapitulaci celé práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of degradation mechanisms of damage to pressurized fire water distribution systems made of ferritic-perlitic steel, intended to ensure fire safety of energy production operations with a focus on basic knowledge of metallurgical weldability. The theoretical and methodological part is aimed at getting to know the operation and history of the Temelín nuclear power plant, the fire pipeline of this power plant, the methods of arc welding TIG/WIG 141 and the possibility of its use for welding ferritic - pearlitic steels, welding procedures and methods suitable for ferritic - pearlitic steels, defects of welds and their degradation mechanisms. The application part deals with the examination of the sample provided by ČEZ a. s., on which inspections of weld joints and the basic material of the pipeline were carried out, specifically, according to the ČSN EN ISO standards, it involved non-destructive (NDT), destructive (DT) and laboratory (LT) tests. Surface defects were checked by visual inspection and capillary/penetration testing. Internal defects were checked using a radiographic transmissive test. A chemical analysis of the samples was performed. Macroscopic and microscopic destructive tests and hardness and microhardness tests according to Vickers were performed. At the end, a discussion of the results was carried out with an evaluation of the findings and a proposal for measures. The conclusion will be dedicated to the recapitulation of the entire work.
