Nursing Care Plan for Patient after Surgical Treatment of Breast Tumour

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření obecného plánu ošetřovatelské péče pro pacientku po chirurgické léčbě nádorového onemocnění prsu v pooperačním období. V teoretické části je podrobněji popsána problematika nádorového onemocnění prsu, včetně možných příčin jejího vzniku. Jsou zde uvedeny příznaky onemocnění, typy nádorů a vyšetřovací metody, které vedou ke stanovení diagnózy. Dále je v této části stručně popsána radiační a systémová léčba. Zmíněna je také prognóza a prevence onemocnění. Chirurgické léčbě tohoto onemocnění je věnována samostatná kapitola teoretické části, která popisuje i možné komplikace po chirurgické léčbě. Praktická část se zabývá vytvořením obecného plánu ošetřovatelské péče pro pacientku s tímto onemocněním, včetně návrhu pravděpodobných ošetřovatelských diagnóz, které se u pacientky mohou vyskytovat. Je zde popsána komplexní péče o pacientku v pooperačním období. Ošetřovatelské diagnózy s mezinárodním číselným kódem jsou v práci řazeny sestupně dle diagnostických domén. U jednotlivých ošetřovatelských diagnóz jsou stanoveny cíle péče a navrženy ošetřovatelské intervence. Závěr práce je věnován zejména následné péči o klientku. Jsou zde uvedeny základní druhy kompenzačních pomůcek, zmíněna je možnost rekonstrukční chirurgie, důležitost dispenzarizace klientky a existence občanských sdružení.

Abstract:

Bachelor`s work is focused on creating a general nursing care plan for patient after surgical treatment of breast tumour in post-operative period. In theoretical part are described breast tumour problems in more detail including potential reasons of their origin. There are mentioned symptoms of this disease, different kinds of tumour and methods of examination leading to make a diagnosis. In this part there is also briefly described radiation and systematic therapy as well as prognosis and prevention of this disease. Surgical treatment is consecrated a separate chapter in theoretical part also describing probable complications after the surgical treatment. The practical part deals with creating general nursing plan for patient with this disease including a proposal of probable nursing diagnoses, which can occur to patient. Here is described patient`s complex care in post-operative period. Nursing diagnoses with international code number are in descending order according to diagnostic domains. There are goals of care set in individual nursing diagnoses and suggested nursing interventions. The end of work is consecrated particularly to following patient`s care. Here are also referred some basic compensatory aids, mentioned are the possibilities of reconstructive surgery, importance of patient`s dispensarisation and the existence of citizens` association.
