Abstract:
The primary purpose of the thesis is to analyse the vitality of Kwak'wala, the language spoken by the Kwakwaka'wakw, the indigenous nation from British Columbia formerly known as Kwakiutl, by using the UNESCO's methodology. Hlavní cíl této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit vitalitu jazyka Kwak'wala, kterým hovoří domorodý národ Britské Kolumbie zvaný Kwakwaka'wakw, dříve známý pod pojmem Kwakiutlové. Vitalita jazyka je hodnocena pomocí UNESCO metodologie.
