Courtyard Vladimírov – identification and use of the potential of landscape values

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Dvůr Vladimírov – identifikace a využití potenciálu hodnot krajiny se zabývá problematikou konkrétního brownfieldu (nevyužívaného zemědělského areálu) dvůr Vladimírov, jeho revitalizací a využitím potenciálu hodnot okolní krajiny. Práce je rozdělená na tři části – teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy typu hospodářský dvůr, postindustriální krajina, brownfields, greenfields apod. Součástí jsou také příklady revitalizace zemědělských brownfieldů jak v Česku, tak i v zahraničí. V analytické části jsou zanalyzované primární, sekundární a terciární struktury krajiny řešeného území v obci Sokolnice a vyhodnoceny příležitosti, kterými lze dosáhnout udržitelného rozvoje území. V návrhové části je jako modelové území zvolen Dvůr Vladimírov v obci Sokolnice v okrese Brno – venkov a jeho krajinné zázemí. Návrh na obnovu dvora a blízkého okolí je vytvořen na základě zpracovaných analýz. Je navržena nová funkce dvora.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled courtyard Vladimírov – identification and use of the potential of landscape values ​​deals with the issue of a specific brownfield (unused agricultural area) dvůr Vladimírov, its revitalization and use of the potential of values ​​of the surrounding landscape. The work is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and design. In the theoretical part, individual concepts such as farmyard, post-industrial landscape, brownfields, greenfields, etc. are explained. Examples of the revitalization of agricultural brownfields both in the Czech Republic and abroad are also included. In the analytical part, the primary, secondary and tertiary structures of the landscape of the addressed area in the village of Sokolnice are analyzed and the opportunities that can be used to achieve sustainable development of the area are evaluated. In the design part, Dvůr Vladimírov in the village of Sokolnice in the district of Brno – countryside and its landscape background is chosen as a model area. The proposal for the restoration of the yard and the surrounding area is created on the basis of processed analyses. A new function of the courtyard is proposed.
