Tato práce se věnuje investicím rizikového a rozvojového (venture) kapitálu. Seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy a principy z této oblasti. Dále se věnuje historii investic venture kapitálu v USA, Evropské unii a Ruské federaci. This work focuses on investments of venture capital. It introduces the reader to the basic concepts and principles of this subject. It also discusses the history of venture capital investment in the United States, the European Union and the Russian Federation.
