Investing in real estate as a means to retirement security
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výhodnosti investice do nemovitosti jako možnosti zajištění na stáří. Obsahem je zamyšlení nad možnostmi zajištění na stáří, teoretické přístupy k ocenění nemovitostí, základy pro orientaci na hypotečním trhu. Nedílnou součástí je i analytická část, kde jsou porovnávány investice do nemovitosti s variantním uložením peněžních prostředků do penzijního fondu.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on analysis of convenience of real-estate investment as a means to retirement security. Content of the thesis consists of reflection on today's possibilities for safe retirement, theoretical approaches to real-estate valuation a foundations of mortgage loans.
