Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce Veřejné rozpočty je vymezení soustavy veřejných rozpočtů obecně, charakteristika jednotlivých veřejných rozpočtů v České republice a jejich vzájemných vazeb, dále vyjádření názoru k probíhající reformě veřejných financí, shrnutí jejích cílů a úspěchů, a navržení možných variant řešení deficitu veřejných rozpočtů a veřejného dluhu.

Abstract:

The subject matter of this dissertation is to define a structure of the system of public budget in general, the description of the particular public budgets existing in the Czech Republic and their interconnections and relationships, then to express authors opinion on current reform of public finance, conclude its goals and successes, and to suggest some more possibilities or ways how to resolve the problem of the deficiency of public budget and the public debt problem.
