Perception of bullying at work from employees´point of view
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vnímání šikany na pracovišti z pohledu zaměstnance. V teoretické části se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s mobbingem na pracovišti, popisu cílů a znaků mobbingu, dále popisu jeho jednotlivých fází. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of perception of bullying in the workplace from the perspective of the employee. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts related to mobbing, the description of the goals and signs of mobbing, and also with the description of its particular stages.
