Diplomová práce na téma „Vývoj dostupnosti bydlení v krajských městech v letech 2018-2022“ si klade za cíl zjistit klady a zápory vlastnického a nájemního bydlení na regionální úrovni. Výzkum se zaměřuje na ekonomickou výhodnost. Diplomová práce se pokusí prokázat, zda je výhodnější vlastnické bydlení oproti nájemnímu bydlení z dlouhodobého hlediska. The thesis on ''The development of housing affordability in regional cities in 2018-2022'' aims at identification of pros and cons of ownership and rental housing at the regional level.
