Labour-law relations in the public administration of the Czech Republic and their further development
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat pracovněprávní vztahy ve státní správě. Porovnat pracovněprávní vztahy v rezortu ministerstva obrany se zaměřením na skupinu vojáků z povolaní a skupinu občanských zaměstnanců. Poukázat na pracovněprávní vztahy manažerů. A sledovat vývoj pracovněprávních vztahů v souvislosti ze začleněním České republiky do Evropské Unie.
Abstract:
The aim of graduation theses is labor relations assessment in the public service. The main effort is concentrated on labor relations at the ministry of defense with the two main targets – military staff and civilian staff.
