Separation of Flavonoids by Micellar Electrokinetic Chromatography with Reduced Electroosmotic Flow

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci je studována micelární elektrokinetická chromatografie s redukcí elektroosmotického toku (RF-MEKC) a její použití pro analýzu přírodních 14-ti flavonoidů. Pro redukci elektroosmotického toku byl vnitřní povrch kapilár pokryt polydimethylakrylamidem.

Abstract:

Reduced-flow micellar electrokinetic chromatography and its application for analysis of 14 natural flavonoids was studied in this thesis. Polydimethylakrylamid-coated capillaries were used to eliminate (reduce) electroosmotic flow.
