Role kináz fosforylujících Dishevelled v signalizaci Wnt
The role of Dishevelled kinases in Wnt signalling
Abstract:
V živočišné říši konzervovaná signalizace pomocí ligandů Wnt ovlivňuje vývoj jedince od ranné embryogeneze až do smrti. Velká rozmanitost ligandů, receptorů a koreceptorů umožňuje předávání signálu pomocí rozmanitých kaskád, díky kterým pak dochází k expresi různých genů v jádře, změně koncentrace Ca2+, přestavbě cytoskeletu, či jiným změnám v životě buňky. Tyto děje musí být velmi přísně řízeny a …moreAbstract:
Wnt signaling is complex and conserved pathway which influences development of each individual since early emryogenesis until death. Vast diversity of ligands, receptors and coreceptors allows plethora of cascades to pass the signal forward. These multiple cascades induce among others gene expression, changes in intracellular Ca2+ concentration, and cytoskeletal remodeling. According to current knowledge …more
