Tato práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou podniku a jeho okolí. Teoretická část definuje pojmy jako jsou strategie, strategické myšlení a plánování, druhy strategií. Praktická část se zaměřuje na strategickou analýzu podniku a jeho okolí, analýzu pozice podniku na trhu a porovnávání hodnototvorných řetězců podniku a konkurence. The thesis deals with strategic analysis of a chosen firm and its surrounding. The theoretical part defines terms such as strategy, strategic thinking, planning and various sorts of strategies.
