Diplomová práce se zabývá informační podporou Knowledge managementu ve Skupině ČEZ. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzovat současný stav a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení efektivity znalostního portálu, který má být jedním z klíčových znalostních nástrojů pro zaměstnance.
