Application of operational standards in the home for the elderly.

Abstract:

Záměrem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu interních dokladů Domova pro seniory Háje se zaměřením na provozní standardy. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda dochází k naplňování zákonem daných kritérií provozních standardů kvality podle vyhlášky č. 505/2006 Sb. Druhým cílem je zjistit spokojenost uživatelů s kvalitou poskytovaných služeb v Domově. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vznik, definici a charakteristiku standardů kvality. Dále popisuje naplňování provozních standardů v konkrétním Domově. Aplikační část je pojata jako návrh kvantitativního výzkumu. Návrh výzkumu uvádí postup přípravy výzkumu, to je od stanovení výzkumného problému a výzkumné otázky po realizaci předvýzkumu.

Abstract:

The purpose of the thesis is to analyse the internal documents of the Home for the elderly Háje with the focus on operational standards. The aim of the thesis is to find out if the criteria of operational standards required by the law are met according to Decree No. 505/2006 Coll. The second aim is to find out if the users are satisfied with the services provided. The theoretical part deals with the operational standards, their formation, definition and description. It describes the application of operational standards in a particular Home. The practical part takes form of a quantitative research draft. The draft of the research details the research preparation process, i.e. from the definition of the research problem and research question to pre-research realization.
