Tato práce se zabývá charakterizací interakcí vybraných RNA-vazebných proteinů s telomerázovou RNA Arabidopsis thaliana (AtTR). Sekvence AtTR byla objevena teprve nedávno, proto není mnoho informací o jejích interakčních partnerech a proteinech, které se na ni vážou. Abstract:
This work focuses on the characterization of the interactions of selected RNA-binding proteins with the Arabidopsis thaliana telomerase RNA (AtTR). The AtTR sequence has only recently been discovered, so there is little information about its interaction partners and the proteins that bind to it.
