Psychická zátěž a pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců bezpečnostních služeb

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl popsání míry objektivní psychické pracovní spokojenosti a zátěže u bezpečnostních složek. Konkrétně Policie a Hasičského záchranného sboru. Pro výzkum jsme použili metodu dotazníkového šetření, které jsme rozeslali na krajská ředitelství ČR. A celkem se jej zúčastnilo 213 respondentů. Rozdělili jsme si je na dle pohlaví, věku složek, vzdělání. Dotazník se skládal ze dvou částí Job Satisfaction Questionnaire a Meisterova dotazníku. Hlavními zjištěními byla spokojenost policie v platu, práci jako takové, prestiži práce a ve vztahu se spolupracovníky. Hasiči byli mnohem více spokojeni s prací, spolupracovníky. Necítí se, ale spokojeni s pracovními podmínkami. Pracovní zátěž pociťují při náročných pracovních výkonech především hasiči. Důsledkem zátěže bývá často syndrom vyhoření anebo psychické problémy ve formě depresí či úzkostí. Závěrem doporučujeme, aby se věnovala větší pozornost psychickému zdraví a pracovníci bezpečnostních složek neměli obavy o svých problémech mluvit.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the level of objective psychological job satisfaction and workload among security forces. Specifically, the Police and the Fire Rescue Service. For the research, we used the questionnaire survey method, which we sent to the regional directorates of the Czech Republic. And a total of 213 respondents took part in it. We divided them according to gender, age, education. The questionnaire consisted of two parts, the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and the Meister questionnaire. The main findings were the satisfaction of the police in salary, work as such, the prestige of work and in the relationship with co-workers. Firefighters were much more satisfied with their work and co-workers. However, they do not feel satisfied with the working conditions. Firefighters especially feel the workload during demanding work performance. The result of the burden is often burnout syndrome or psychological problems in the form of depression or anxiety. In conclusion, we recommend that more attention be paid to mental health and that security forces personnel should not be afraid to talk about their problems.
