Tato diplomová práce se zabývá uvolňováním aktivních látek tetrakain hydrochloridu a riboflavin fosfátu ze silikon-hydrogelových kontaktních čoček. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecný přehled o očním lékařství a operativní léčbě očních vad. Popisuje farmakokinetiku a farmakodynamiku podávání aktivních látek a jednotlivé lékové formy. Abstract:
This thesis explores with the controlled release of the active substances tetracaine hydrochloride and riboflavin phosphate from silicone hydrogel contact lenses. The theoretical framework provides a general overview of ophthalmology and surgical treatment for ocular defects. It describes the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the administration of active substances and various dosage forms. …more
