Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem bank a fintech společností v oblasti platebního styku, a to z hlediska kooperačních vztahů s akcentem na subjekty působící v Evropě. V rámci všeobecného teoretického základu je vymezen platební styk a jeho regulační rámec ve vztahu k bankám. Dále jsou také definovány jednotlivé obory činnosti fintech společností. This diploma thesis deals with the relationship between banks and fintech companies in the field of payments, in terms of cooperation relations with an emphasis on entities operating in Europe. Within the general theoretical basis, the payment system and its regulatory framework in relation to banks are defined.
