Nonverbal communication among drivers - differences between beginners and experienced drivers

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřna na aspekty neverbální komunikace mezi řidiči. Výzkumná část zkoumá odlišný přístup ke komunikování na silnici mezi zkušenými a nezkušenými řidiči.

Abstract:

In my work I examine nonverbal communication in traffic. In the theoretical part I analyze all of the aspects of communicating among drivers. This is basic and important part for practical research. In the second practical part of my work I find out if there is any difference between how drivers beginners and experienced drivers communicate on the road. I supposed that experienced drivers regard nonverbal communication as very important part of driving that means they insist on it more than beginners. Byt my hypothesis was not confirmed because there is no connection between the experiences of drivers and nonverbal communication. But research showed us even it was not my primary aim that experienced drivers have an inclination to underrate nonverbal communication on the road.
