Abstract:

Veřejné akciové společnosti jsou silným faktorem rozvoje ekonomiky jakékoli země. Taková organizační a právní forma poskytuje jedinečný způsob podnikání, který vám umožňuje přilákat finanční zdroje pro váš rozvoj téměř bez omezení. Klíčem k úspěšnému rozvoji těchto společností je vývoj efektivních nástrojů a mechanismů řízení ze strany vlastníků a správy, koordinace zájmů mezi akcionáři a dalšími zúčastněnými stranami. Všechny tyto otázky se týkají oblasti správy a řízení společností, jejíž relevance v posledních letech výrazně vzrostla, a to jak v odborných kruzích, tak v médiích. Účel a cíle studie: cílem této práce je vyřešit problém identifikace a hodnocení vztahu mezi úrovní rozvoje správy a řízení společností ve Spojených státech a Evropě. Předmětem studie je systém správy a řízení společností ve Spojených státech a Evropské unii. Předmětem studie jsou faktory správy a řízení společnosti, které ovlivňují kvalitu řízení ve společnostech.

Abstract:

Public joint-stock companies are a powerful factor in the development of the economy of any country. Such an organizational and legal form provides a unique way of doing business, allowing you to attract financial resources for your development almost without restrictions. The key to the successful development of such companies is the development by the owners and management of effective management tools and mechanisms, the coordination of interests between shareholders and other stakeholders. All these issues relate to the field of corporate governance, the relevance of which has increased significantly in recent years, both in professional circles and in the media. The purpose and objectives of the study: the purpose of this work is to solve the problem of identifying and evaluating the relationship between the level of development of corporate governance in the United States and Europe. The object of the study is the corporate governance system in the United States and the European Union. The subject of the study is the factors of corporate governance that influence the quality of management in companies.
