Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odpovědnosti fyzické osoby za přestupek. This Bachelor thesis deals with the liability of a natural person for offence. The aim is to evaluate the current offence law on the part of substantive law and the comparison with the previous legislation by using the inductive analysis.
