The bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of the significance of banking criteria in deciding whether to grant corporate loans subject to credit risk. The thesis is composed of five chapters. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je posúdenie významu bankových kritérií pri rozhodovaní o poskytnutí úveru firemnému klientovi s prihliadnutím na úverové riziko.
