Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výkonu advokacie v pracovním poměru. Autor analyzuje danou problematiku především co se týče kolize principů výkonu advokacie a principů pracovního poměru. V práci se rovněž pojednává o dalších naléhavých otázkách, které jsou obecně spojeny s výkonem advokacie.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of Attorney in the employment relationship. The author analyzes the collision of the principles of advocacy and the principles of employment. The diploma thesis also discusses other issues that are generally associated with the practice of advocacy.
