Závěrečná práce popisuje problematiku připravenosti města Žďár nad Sázavou na možné nežádoucí události. Práce je rozdělena do 7 kapitol. Nejprve jsou vymezeny pojmy týkající se řešené problematiky a následně je provedeno základní legislativní vymezení. The final thesis describes the preparedness of Žďár nad Sázavou for possible adverse events. The thesis is divided into 7 chapters. First, the terms related to the issue at hand are defined and then the basic legislative definition is made.
