Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Komunikační dovednosti sester - scoping review" se zaměřuje na možnosti tréninku komunikačních dovedností sester, způsoby hodnocení komunikačních dovedností a efektivitu tréninku komunikačních dovedností. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu komunikace, významu komunikačních dovedností v ošetřovatelství, formám komunikace a nabízí popis možností měření komunikačních dovedností a představuje některé měřicí nástroje, které lze pro hodnocení využít. Dále byly na základě metodiky scoping review vyhledány a popsány publikace, z nichž byly čerpány odpovědi na výzkumné otázky. Informace o možnostech hodnocení komunikačních dovedností a o podobě komunikační intervence byly seskupeny do různých předem stanovených kategorií. Na závěr byly popsány výsledky komunikačních intervencí stran jejich efektivity. Na základě provedeného výzkumu je možné jako hlavní zjištění práce uvést tři fakta. Z dohledaných informací lze konstatovat, že trénink komunikačních dovedností je efektivní, ale je nedostatek široce využitelných komunikačních intervencí. Zároveň v praxi chybí standardizovaný nástroj, pomocí nějž by bylo možné objektivně měřit úroveň komunikačních dovedností. V návaznosti na hlavní zjištění práce byly stanoveny doporučení pro praxi a další výzkum.

Abstract:

The thesis Communication Skills of Nurses - Scoping Review focuses on the possibilities of training communication skills of nurses, ways to assessing communication skills and the effectiveness of communication skills training. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of communication, the importance of communication skills in nursing, and forms of communication. It also describes the possibilities of measuring communication skills and presents several measurements tools that can be used for assessment. In addition, publications from which the answers to the research questions were drawn were retrieved and described using a scoping review methodology. Information on communication skills assessment options and the form of communication intervention was grouped into various predefined categories. Finally, the results of the communication interventions were described in terms of their effectiveness. Based on the research conducted, three facts can be stated as the paper's main findings. From the traced information, it can be concluded that communication skills training is adequate but needs more widely applicable communication interventions. At the same time, there needs to be a standardized tool in practice that could be used to measure the level of communication skills objectively. Following the paper's main findings, recommendations for practice and further research were made.
