Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce bude především analýza systému vzdělávání a jeho struktury ve společnosti STConsult. Výstup z této analýzy bude podkladem pro další zkoumání, hodnocení, nalezení silných a slabých stránek, a především pro návrh na jeho zefektivnění. Main goal of my bachelor thesis is to analyse the education system and its structure in STConsult. Outcome of this analysis will provide me oportunity to study this topic, to meassure it, to find strenghts and weaknesses of this system and primarily to suggest how to make it more efficient.
