Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá muzikoterapií u lidí s mentálním postižením, kteří jsou uživateli denního stacionáře. Práce seznamuje s metodami a formami muzikoterapie a popisuje, jaká forma muzikoterapie je u lidí s mentálním postižením pokládána za vhodnou. Dále se zabývá charakteristikou, klasifikací a specifikami života lidí s mentálním postižením. Z pohledu cíle, kterým je vytvoření čtyř muzikoterapeutických programů vhodných pro dospělé osoby s mentálním postižením, se práce zabývá třemi oblastmi, v kterých mají lidé s mentálním postižením největší problémy. Vytvořené muzikoterapeutické programy se zaměřují na posilování komunikačních schopností a dovedností, rozvoj kognitivních funkcí a posilování sociálních dovedností u lidí s mentálním postižením. Každý muzikoterapeutický program je v závěru zhodnocen.

Abstract:

This work deals with music therapy for people with mental disability who are users of a Day Care Centre. The work introduces methods and forms of music therapy and describes what form of music therapy is considered suitable for people with mental disability. Further, the work deals with the characteristics, classifications and specifics of live of people with mental disability. From the perspective of the goal, which is the creation of four music therapy programs suitable for adults with mental disability, the work deals with three areas in which people with mental disability have the greatest problems. The created music therapy programs focus on strengthening communication skills, developing cognitive functions, and strengthening social skills of people with mental disabilities. Each music therapy program is assessed at the conclusion.
