Fulfilling educational needs of adults in company training
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou podnikového vzdělávání, kde dochází k naplňování vzdělávacích potřeb jeho účastníků. Pro komplexní obraz jsou v úvodu popsány specifika dospělého jedince, jeho motivace a případné bariéry. This theses deals with company training, where there are the educational needs of its participants fulfilled. The characteristics of an adult, his motivation and potential barriers are described in the introduction to give a complex image.
