Analysis of training models of integrative psychotherapy trainings in the Czech professional context

Abstract:

Thesis deals with the topic of integrative trainings in the Czech Republic. The author compares the teaching of selected integrative psychotherapy training programmes. Through analysis at the level of open coding of grounded theory, it creates categories and dimensions of integrative aspects of training, which are related to teaching in four basic parts of training. These are the theoretical part, self- experience, therapeutic skills and therapist supervision. The research sample consists of three representatives- main lecturers of the three selected trainings. Results of the analysis led to creation of the main dimension - "the centrality of integration in training". Moreover incurred another four dimensions, which showed differences in training and five categories, which are common to all three trainings. Práca sa zaoberá témou integratívnych výcvikov v Českej republike. Autorka porovnáva výučbu vybraných integratívnych psychoterapeutických výcvikov. Prostredníctvom analýzy na úrovni otvoreného kódovania zakotvenej teórie, vytvára kategórie a dimenzie aspektov integratívnych výcvikov, ktoré súvisia s integratívnou výučbou v štyroch základných častiach výcviku. Nimi sú teoretická časť, sebezkušenost, učenie dovedností terapeuta a supervízia. Výskumný súbor predstavuje troch reprezentantov- hlavných lektorov, troch vybraných výcvikov. Výsledky analýzy viedli ku vytvoreniu hlavnej dimenzie „centrálnosti integrácie vo výcviku“. Okrem toho vznikli ešte štyri dimenzie, ktoré poukazovali na rozdiely vo výcvikoch a päť kategórii, ktoré sú spoločné pre všetky tri výcviky. Rozličné dimenzie ešte sú „Pevnosť štruktúry vo výcviku (vysoká-nízka)“, „Viazanosť supervízie s integratívnym poňatím výcviku (vysoká- nízka)“ „Viazanosť lektorov ku poňatiu výcviku (vysoká- nízka)“ a „Nejasné definovanie identity– Jasné definovanie identity“. Spoločné znaky obsiahnuté v kategóriách sú: „Novotvar integratívneho výcviku“, „Zvedomovanie procesu integrácie“, „Učenie ku tolerancii a otvorenosti“, „Vlastný psychoterapeutický štýl“, „Terapia šitá klientovi na mieru“, V diskusii sú tieto analyzované výcviky porovnávané so zahraničnými modelmi a ďalej sú predložené návrhy pre rozvíjanie tohto výskumu.
