Cílem diplomové práce „Právní ochrana osob zúčastněných na přeměně obchodních společností“ je přehledně uvést a analyzovat způsoby ochrany práv společníků a osob stojících vně obchodních společností zúčastněných na přeměně. The aim of the thesis „Legal protection of the entities involved in the transformation of business companies“ is clearly indicate and analyse ways of protecting partners' (shareholders) rights and people standing outside companies involved in the transformation.
