Diplomová práce se věnuje psychosociálním aspektům práce perioperační sestry, a je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou poznání psychických a sociálních aspektů práce perioperačních sester. The thesis deals with the psychosocial aspects of work of a perioperative nurse and is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the knowledge of psychological and social aspects of the work. The exploratory part deals with the evaluation of the results of respondents of two standardized questionnaires and one scale.
