Tato práce je kombinací dvou disciplín – účetnictví a oceňování podniku. Právě zveřejněné účetní závěrky, přílohy v účetních závěrkách a výroční zprávy společnosti jsou totiž zejména pro externího oceňovatele základním zdrojem informací vstupujících do oceňování. This work is a combination of two disciplines - accounting and business valuation. Published financial statements and reports of the company are the primary source of information entering the valuation, especially for the external valuator.
