Financial analysis of the company EUROVIA CS, a.s.

Abstract:

Jedním z cílů této práce je shrnout nejdůležitější teoretické poznatky týkající se rozdílností českých účetních předpisů a mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví. Dále se práce věnuje jednotlivým metodám finanční analýzy podniku. V praktické části je smyslem práce zpracovat finanční analýzu společnosti EUROVIA CS, a.s. a vyhodnotit její výsledky. V závěru práce spojuje všechny do té chvíle uvedené poznatky a upozorňuje, jaký vliv by pro finanční analýzu mělo využití mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví.

Abstract:

Firstly, the aim of this thesis is to summarize the most important differences between Czech accounting legislation and the International Financial Reporting Standards. Moreover, there are processed the methods of business financial analysis. In the section of practical application the indicators and indexes of financial analysis are calculated and explained and evaluated. At the end of the thesis all the information given in the text are synthesized and the probable influence of using International Financial Reporting Standards on financial analysis is explained.
