Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá organizací požární ochrany České republiky s důrazem kladeným na působnost orgánů státní správy a samosprávy na úseku požární ochrany. První část této práce pojednává o integrovaném záchranném systému České republiky, ze kterého vyplívá provázanost a spolupráce dotčených orgánů a institucí. Ve druhé a třetí části práce je rozebrána organizace požární ochrany v České republice, od systémových složek, až po jednotlivé kategorie jednotek požární ochrany. Čtvrtá a pátá část této práce jsou části klíčové, pozornost je zde věnována působnosti orgánů státní správy a samosprávy na úseku požární ochrany.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with organization of fire prevention in the Czech Republic putting the accent on competence of state administration bodies and self government bodies in the field of fire prevention. First part of the thesis deals with integrated emergency system of the Czech Republic and with cohesion and cooperation of involved bodies and institutions that results from it. In second and third part of the thesis is analyzed organization of fire prevention in the Czech Republic from system components to particular categories of fire departments. Fourth and fifth part are the key parts of the thesis, attention is payed to competence of state administration bodies and self government bodies in the field of fire prevention.
