Abstract:

Cílem této absolventské práce bylo identifikovat optimální způsob, jak rozšířit obchodní síť firmy Lomax do zahraničí. Byly zvažovány země sousedící se státy, do kterých již firma vyváží, a z nich byly vybrány dvě nejbližší. V těchto zemích byli identifikováni konkurenti a osloveni s cílem získat informace o cenách jejich výrobků a služeb. Po srovnání cen byla určena země s nejlepšími podmínkami pro rozšíření sítě, kde byly také nalezeny montážní firmy. Protože cena dopravy vycházela stejná pro všechny montážní firmy, nebyla vybrána jedna konkrétní. Byla spočítána konkurenceschopná cena pro partnery tak, aby si každý z nich mohl nastavit výhodnou cenu a zároveň získat zisk.

Abstract:

The aim of this graduate thesis was to identify the optimal way to expand Lomax's business network abroad. Countries neighbouring countries to which the company already exports were considered and the two closest were selected. Competitors in these countries were identified and approached to obtain information on the prices of their products and services. After comparing prices, the country with the best conditions for network expansion was identified, where assemblers were also found. As the price of transport was the same for all assemblers, one particular assembler was not selected. A competitive price for the partners was calculated so that each of them could set a favourable price and make a profit at the same time.
