Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjištění, zda je reálné při dodržení všech legislativních doporučení – spotřební koš, technologické postupy, hygienické normy, cenové relace – splnit výţivové normy a energetické hodnoty jídel připravovaných ve školních jídelnách. In my thesis I wanted to find out if it is possible to meet nutrition standards and energy values of meals prepared in school canteens in compliance with all legislative recommendations - consumer basket, technological procedures, hygiene standards and price regulation.
