Tématem magisterské diplomové práce je diverzita žáků v málotřídní škole z pohledu učitele. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část představuje tři základní okruhy témat – diverzitu ve škole, inkluzivní vzdělávání a učitele v inkluzivní škole. The theme of this thesis is diversity of students in a teachers point of view in one-room school. The paper is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical.
