Abstract:

Úvod: Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice po poranění předního zkříženého vazu Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky výběrem fyzioterapeutických metod, postupů a konceptů a vypracování kazuistiky pacienta s poraněním předního zkříženého vazu. Metodika: V části teoretické jsou využity metody rešerše a poznatky literatury z oblasti anatomie a biomechaniky kolenního kloubu. Jsou zde popsány mechanismy úrazu, diagnostika, léčba a fyzioterapeutické postupy, které se při této problematice zvolí. V praktické části jsem zpracoval kazuistiku muže po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. Na základě vstupního vyšetření byl vytvořen krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, který byl složen do 10 terapií po dobu 5 týdnů. V polovině fyzioterapeutické intervence bylo provedeno kontrolní vyšetření. Na konci terapií byl vytvořen dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, který navazoval výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Výsledky: Stanovené cíle se podařilo splnit, u pacienta došlo k redukci otoku, zvýšení rozsahu pohybu, posílení svalů dolní končetiny, zlepšení stability, zlepšení aktivity hlubokého stabilizačního systému a zlepšení stereotypu chůze. Závěr: Na základě poctivého docházení na terapie a plnění autoterapie pacientem bylo dosaženo pozitivního výsledku.

Abstract:

Introduction: This bachelor's thesis deals with the problem of anterior cruciate ligament injury. Aim: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to contribute to the solution of the patient's problems after the injury of the anterior cruciate ligament by selection of physiotherapeutic methods, procedures and concepts. Methodology: Theoretical part uses research methods and knowledge of the literature in the field of anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint. The mechanism of injury, diagnosis, treatment and physiotherapeutic procedures that are chosen in this issue are described here. In the practical part, I processed a case report of a man after anterior cruciate ligament plastic surgery. Based on the initial examination a short-term physiotherapy plan was created, which was composed of 10 therapies for 5 weeks. In the middle of the physiotherapeutic intervention, a control examination was made. At the end of the therapies there was created a long-term physiotherapy plan, which was followed by the output kinesiological analysis. Results: The set goals were met, the patient had reduction of swelling, improved range of movement, strengthened leg muscles, improved stability, improved core and improved stereotype of walking. Conclusions: On the basis of honest attendance for therapies and fulfillment of autotherapy by patient, a positive result was achieved.
