Digital transformation of the HR documentation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá digitální transformací oběhu personální dokumentace v konkrétní organizaci. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení efektů již uskutečněné digitální transformace systému personální dokumentace ve vybrané organizaci a identifikace prostoru pro optimalizaci směřující k docílení vyšší spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů a oblastí, nezbytných pro následnou analýzu. V analytické části je následně provedena situační analýza současného procesu a životního cyklu oběhu personální dokumentace a využívaného elektronického systému eSpis. Také je blíže specifikována struktura organizace. Součástí výzkumu bylo dotazníkové šetření a jeho následná analýza. Pomocí dotazníku byla zkoumána spokojenost zaměstnanců s jednotlivými parametry systému eSpis. Výstupem diplomové práce je komplexní analýza a identifikace možností optimalizace, které mohou přispět k růstu spokojenosti zaměstnanců s elektronickým systémem oběhu dokumentace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the digital transformation of personnel documentation circulation in a selected company. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate effects of digital transformation of the HR documentation system and to identify possibilities for optimization in order to achieve higher employee satisfaction. The theoretical part includes definitions of basic concepts and areas that are necessary for the further analysis. In the analytical part, there is a situational analysis of the current process and life cycle of personnel documentation. There is also specified a structure of the selected company. Moreover, the research includes a questionnaire survey and its subsequent analysis. The survey was used to measure employee satisfaction with the individual features of the eSpis system. The output of the thesis is a comprehensive analysis and identification of optimization options that can contribute to the growth of employee satisfaction with the electronic documentation circulation system.
